A congratulatory letter from the Minister of Science and Higher Education Prof. Barbara Kudrycka sent to the Maritime University of Szczecin on the received grant funding in the amount of 1.000 000 PLN for the implementation of an innovative training program tailored to the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework. Thus, it is one of the entities that provide courses (including Skipper or yacht crew member) with their diplomas and patents recognized in Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

E-Maritime Conference - Annual Conference 2012: Connecting the maritime world - towards 2020

22-23.11.2012, in Brussels the annual international conference e-Maritime Annual Conference 2012: Connecting the maritime world - towards 2020, took place. The conference was dedicated to the concept of e-Sea, developed by the EU, as well as the wider use of advanced IT and ICT technologies in the maritime countries, EU members. The main objective of the concept of e-Sea is to stimulate and support the search for effective solutions to cooperation, interoperability and effectiveness of transport stakeholders in the maritime area.
