The conference covered the following areas: rail transport (electric traction, traction vehicles, dynamics of rail vehicles, automation and control in rail transport, diagnostics track and rolling stock), road transport(construction, testing and use of vehicles, traffic safety), shipping (systems and security of ship navigation, traffic modeling, automation of marine power stations and power grids, computational process automation), air transport (supporting research, engineering design, operation and safety of aircraft), logistics (transport logistics, logistic centers, logistic systems modeling, transportation constructions (building and engineering construction, mechanics of rail and road - airport surface), electrotechnics and electronics (electrical and electronic systems, power systems, measurement systems, telecommunications systems, automation of industrial processes, artificial intelligence and expert systems, programming alarm systems, integrated security systems, technical means of security systems), mechanics (construction and operation of machinery, mechanics of complex systems, tribology, dynamics of machinery, liquid and gas flow), didactics (computer-aided laboratory positions, integrated simulation programs, information technology in institutions of higher education, curricula and training).

The conference was attended by over 200 participants from Poland, EU countries and Russia. The proceedings were held in the plenary sessions and ten thematic sessions based on presentations and posters. The conference enabled the exchange of information and consolidate interdisciplinary research contacts of MUS Szczecin.
