On 6th December, the female and male Swimming Championships were held at the swimming pool of the Maritime University. The competitors were students from our University who swam at the distance of 50 m in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly as well as a 4 x 50 m freestyle relay race.

At the end of October, the 70th anniversary meeting of the IMO's Marine Environment Committee - MEPC was held in London. The findings of this assembly are of key importance for creation of such regulations of the world maritime economy and transport sector that make it as effective and ecological as possible.

A trip of the “METIRI” Scientific Association of Geodesy and Cartography to the palace in Siemczyno
