This Thursday – 21.11.2013 in the mobile station of the NFZ (National Health Fund) at our university it will be possible to open a ZIP account.
What is Zip?
It is a national website of NFZ, integrated with the current base of the Fund available to Internet users since 01.07.2013.
Apart from the areas accessible to all internet users, there is information available only to the ZIP account holders.
How to get a ZIP account?
- To open a ZIP account you need access data, that is, your user name and password.
- A username and a password are issued by the authorized National Health Fund employees upon presentation of an identity card or a passport in ZOW NFZ in Szczecin , Koszalin department, the patient service in Pyrzyce and ZIP mobile stations.
- Note! Early filling in a registration form (www.nfz-szczecin.pl ) takes a moment, and considerably accelerates the issue of logins and passwords.
- An account can be created only in person and only for the account holder him/herself.
- Only an adult can be the ZIP account holder.
- Information contained in a ZIP account is available within 24 hours of its activation.

What are the benefits of having a ZIP account?
- You have access to your own health account at any time, from any computer connected to the Internet.
- Your ZIP account enables you to check whether the eWUŚ system confirms your right to health benefits.
- With ZIP you have access to your history of health care in the National Health Fund since 2008:
- You can find out when and where you were treated, what checks and examinations you were applied to, what refunded drugs you were prescribed and how much it cost.
- With ZIP you can control how much money NFZ spent on your treatment
