During the visit of Polish President Andrzej Duda in Australia, Polskie LNG signed an agreement on cooperation with the University of Western Australia, one of the most important LNG technology development centres in the world
On behalf of the university, the agreement was signed by Professor Eric May, who was a guest of Polskie LNG last week. On the initiative of Polskie LNG, Professor Eril May also visited our university on 19th September 2018. The meeting was an opportunity for a presentation of the cooperation between our institutions as a part of the works on the LNG terminal in Świnoujście as well as EU projects such as Go LNG.
Polskie LNG was represented by Dariusz Kryczka and Paweł Gromek, while our university by the Dean of the Faculty of Navigation, Paweł Zalewski, DSc. Eng. and the head of the Go LNG project, Stefan Jankowski, PhD. Eng. The guest from Australia became acquainted with the profile of our university and visited the navigation and manoeuvre as well as VR simulators in the Centre for Marine Traffic Engineering and the LNG transport technology simulator in the Institute of Marine Navigation.
