The Maritime University of Szczecin has taken part again in the West Pomeranian Science Festival in our region.
On Monday, 17th September, we prepared the following offer for primary and secondary school students from Szczecin and the surrounding area: navigation and manoeuvre simulations in the European LNG Training Centre, the ARPA and other simulators, processes occurring in ship engine rooms - in the Marine Power Plant Laboratory and Simulator, virtual reality and 3D print laboratories. The deck of Nawigator XXI was also opened for visitors!
The 17th West Pomeranian Science Festival is being prepared by almost all public and private universities from Szczecin and Koszalin under the supervision of the Szczecin Scientific Association. The Festival will include lectures, workshops, exhibitions, shows, practical trainings and classes on various subjects - beginning from technical sciences, through maritime, astronomical and natural sciences up to humanities and languages. The aim of the Festival is to raise interest in various areas of knowledge and present the achievements of West Pomeranian scientists as well as methods of their practical usage.
