Fryderyk Grodecki and Aleksander Florczak stood on the second step of the podium.

Our representative eight was again in the A final, where it had to satisfy with the fifth place right after the crew of the University of Warsaw and before the Jagiellonian University.

This is a huge success because it means that, having won a bronze medal twice in 2015 and 2016 and undergone team rejuvenation, we still maintain a high sport level, which bodes a return onto the podium in the future.

Owing to the start of our remaining crews, a women’s pair and two men’s single skulls, we took the 7th place in the final classification.
