In accordance with the sailing instructions were seven races. Our crew was divided into two boats – the MUS yacht was sailed by Bartosz and Adam, and the other one by Karol Krzyzanowski (like Adam, a student of MUS)

On Saturday, in very severe conditions, continually falling rain, they managed to play four races from start-1-2-3-2-3-4-finishing line. Our core crew took 1, 1, 1, 2 place. The second crew came in right behind the first one, once even ahead of them (occupying the 2, 2, 2, 1 positions). After the first day of the regatta, in the evening the participants spent a very nice time at the concert of sailing songs, and not only.

On Sunday, the rain stopped and appeared to be very nice conditions for sailing - 3-4 Beaufort. On this day, the Jury decided to have two normal and one long distance races. Our core crew of the Maritime University won all the races, and the other finished them all in second place. Both teams took two top positions on the podium, ranking the 1st and 2nd place in the overall elimination of the Polish Cup.

Yacht Crew Maritime University
The crew from the beginning of its existence has been composed of students and graduates of the Maritime University of Szczecin. The skipper and crew chief is Bartosz Piotrowski (graduate with BSc and MSc of Faculty of Navigation MUS), the other crew members are students of the Faculty of Economics and Transport Engineering - Adam Piotrowski and Karol Krzyzanowski.
In previous years, the crew also consisted of Michał Sowa and Tomasz Zagozda (graduates of the Faculty of Navigation). Bartosz and Adam are also sailing instructors and train the next generation of sailors.
