On June 6, 2013, at our University was held a training for the researchers of Szczecin higher education institutions entitled ‘The development of an international individual career - Marie Curie scholarships and the offer of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission’
The training was organized by the Local Point 7 of the Framework Program at the Maritime University of Szczecin, which is run by the staff of the Centre for Marine Technology Transfer. The participants were familiar with the possibilities of conducting research during international scholarships funded by EU, ways to apply for it and the accounting of assigned grants. The presentation of a fourfold Marie Curie Fellow, who showed the practical side of this type of scholarship and the impact on the direction and intensity of a research career after his return, enjoyed a particular interest of the participants among whom seven were our university researchers.
A large group of participants who unanimously rated the training as very interesting and useful in the context of their development plans.
We thank everyone for coming and welcome to our next trainings.
