The package of training conducted by the Director OSRM individual courses includes rescue techniques, lifeguard marine and ro-ro passenger ships. The Director went to conduct the training as the first one, but most of all, he went to fine-tune the organization, conditions and details of other courses, which shall allow for the proper preparation of the next coaches sent to Baku. It turned out that the future trainers have conducted classes for a long time and are very well versed in this subject. As a result of the above situation, the training took the form of discussion, exchange of views and experiences, especially in the realm of exercises carried out so that the lecturer also found it a very valuable visit.

Roughly three years after the first visit to Baku, director Adrian Druchniak has also had the opportunity to see how rapidly is growing and becoming more and more beautiful the capital city of Azerbaijan. The only thing that undoubtedly by this time has not changed,, is hospitality, thanks to which he was received as a friend - amongst others, invited to the wedding of the son of the Rector of the Maritime Academy in Baku Prof. Bashirov. This made it possible not only to observe the development of Baku, but also to explore the culture and traditions of that region for which the director of OSRM is very grateful.
