On the occasion of Christmas we were presented with Christmas trees - the role of the Santa Claus was played by Aneta Łuczkowska from the RMF FM radio station and her brave helper turned out to be a singer, Rafał Brzozowski.
The radio station decided to supply Christmas trees onto the board of our research and training vessel Nawigator XXI as a symbol of Christmas wishes for all seamen who spend Christmas away from home. The trees were received by the Navigator XXI crew together with students doing their training on the vessel. The Christmas trees were decorated - one of them was put in the messroom and the other one was located high on the navigation bridge. In the past, the Christmas tree was traditionally put on board on the mast, the bow or precisely on the navigation bridge.
Marry Christmas off-shore and on-shore!
