- water rescue procedure - exercises in a training pool,
- first aid procedures.
The following day an exercise involving a record number of people and equipment took place. In the waters of the Szczecin Lagoon, the takeover of the MUS training research ship Nawigator XXI by terrorists was simulated and the crew was taken hostage. Veterans of military special units carried out a simulated operation to recapture the crew. A partial crew evacuation in wetsuits was performed - spectacular jumping into the water, and those on deck who were asked to play the injured ones were transported ashore to Trzebież. The medical services triaged the victims and carried out life and health-saving procedures.
The Marshall of the West Pomeranian Province Olgierd Geblewicz and MUS Rector Wojciech Ślączka were patrons of the event.
Such intensive training prepares participants to act in the most demanding situations and ensures they are equipped with the skills to deal with all real-life situations.
A big thank you to everyone involved in making the exercise run smoothly and safely!
