Monika Laks, second-year student of Computer Science from the Maritime University of Szczecin represented Poland in the World Cup final Microsoft Office Specialist 2013.
In the final competition, held in Washington, DC, were involved 100 students from 90 countries around the world. Poland was for the first time represented in the final of this prestigious event. This year the Competition attracted more than 344 000 participants.

Due to the cooperation our students have the access to trade certification, which triggers their desire for personal development.’- says Piotr Borkowski, PhD, the coordinator of Computer Science at the Maritime University of Szczecin.

Currently, MUS students are beginning to prepare for the next edition of the World Cup the Microsoft Office Specialist 2014, whose finals will take place in California. This time maybe we shall bring gold for Poland!
