A training on the subject was organised at the Maritime University of Szczecin.
The main objective was to start perceiving creation of inventions as a result of a structured approach to the subject.
Participation in the training resulted in learning of the basic rules - systematic creation of inventions as well as the basic inventiveness tools. The participants included employees, students and young scientists.
The training, was conducted by Leszek Chybowski, DSc. - a certified CRP reliability engineer and a certified TRIZ specialist of level III, was completed by 13 participants.
