Meeting with a Nobel Prize winner, Professor Robert Huber, and discussions about research careers and research funding in Poland are expected as some of the issues of the Young Scholars Forum, to be held on April 18 in Warsaw. You may apply until April 4.

Forum is a new project addressed to outstanding young Polish scientist and is, conducted by the Council of Young Scientists, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Forum scheduled for April 18 in Cane Factory in Warsaw, will be the first project in a series of meetings organized annually for young Polish scientists.

Forum is a meeting place for young researchers with the Nobel Laureates and prominent representatives of Polish science. There will be panel discussions, during which research career models will be discussed in each of the four groups of sciences: the life and Earth, chemical materials, mathematics and physics, engineering sciences, and the humanities and social sciences.

The guest of honor of this year’s meeting will be the winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, Professor Robert Huber who will conduct a lecture, ‘How I became a scientist.’
