During the Days of the Sea, which took place on 10-12.06.2011 Szczecin Maritime Academy organized Open Doors, which presented our comprehensive educational base. The visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the educational offer of three MUS faculties, both in the main building at the Maritime University, as well as directly in the open air, in the exhibition tent of Academic Szczecin, which was situated at the foot of Waly Chrobrego.
The Faculty of Economics and Transport Engineering was represented by Agnieszka Deja, MSc and a group of the first year students of ZIP.
Faculty of Economics and Transport Engineering also had their exhibition in the main building, where, especially for this occasion, Justyna Lemke with a student of the Scientific Society organized an outdoor Informatics Telematics Laboratory, which became very popular. Having heard the educational offer, groups of visitors had the opportunity to visit: Laboratory Simulator of Marine Power Plants, LNG Training Centre, ECDIS laboratory, Communications Laboratory, anti-collision Radar System, Center for Marine Traffic Engineering, IT laboratories.
Available to prospective students were also the dean’s offices, where they could get detailed information concerning recruitment procedures. The demonstration of the faculties’ various educational base confirms the attractiveness of the university educational offer.
