The course was held at the Centre for the last time in 2011, and independently of the Centre for almost a year and a half could not be organized.

Despite the high demand for the course, after the entry into force of the new regulations of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy on the conduct of training courses for operators, training centers have to adapt to the new rules, to organize courses.

OSRM has applied and has been entered in the register of entities conducting courses on ADN expert in the Marshal’s Office, and after extensive consultation with the Director of the Office of Inland Shipping in Szczecin, Krzysztof Wos, PhD, Inland Shipping Master, as a result of his understanding of market needs, has established an expert examination following the above mentioned course, which shall greatly facilitate the trainees to receive an ADN Expert certificate (normally the exam takes place only twice a year).

The Center is planning another training to be held in March, just before the official convention of the Central Examination Commission.
