Between 11-13 June 2014 the Maritime University of Szczecin hosted the 17th conference of the Council of Vice Rectors for Science and Development representing state-financed technical universities.
The theme of the Vice Rectors’ Council meeting was “Research and development activities aimed at improving innovativeness and competitiveness of Polish economy”. The meeting was also attended by Iwona Wendel, Undersecretary of the State in the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure and Piotr Pryciński, PhD Eng, a representative of the National Centre for Research an Development.
