Dean of the Faculty of Navigation - Paweł Zalewski, PhD, DSc, AFNI, Assoc. Prof. of MUS and Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Peter Vidmar, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
Long-term partnership confirmed
The memorandum, signed on June 23, 2022, covers research and education cooperation between faculties, including student and academic exchanges under the Erasmus + program. Prof. Vidmar and his research team have been cooperating with FoN for many years - as part of the MAGS project for the European Space Agency - The first technical meeting of MAGS project - and currently in SmartSea project (described in the gallery) implemented under the Erasmus+ program. The Memorandum of Understanding formalizes the existing cooperation and is an introduction to further agreements specifying project and academic cooperation between the FoN and our partners in Slovenia - The faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport.
