Visiting professor Michael Bergmann, MBA FRIN AFNI, owner of the consulting company BM Bergmann-Marine and the main expert on navigation systems of the German delegation to MSC and FAL committees and the NSCR IMO subcommittee visited the Faculty of Navigation on May 30-31.

The fourth year students of navigation in English could take advantage of Michael's knowledge, resulting from his extensive professional experience, during classes on the ECDIS system and technical developments in the maritime domain. The classes were conducted remotely via Teams platform from the beginning of the winter semester. The last interactive workshops were performed directly in MUS during Michael’s visit. The audience was quite impressed.
