The cooperation agreement was reached as a result of mutual commitment to activities in the field of environmental research and high-tech development.
On February 23, 2023, an agreement was signed with Ekoenergetyka Polska S.A. in the building of the Maritime University of Szczecin. The signature on the document was affixed by the MUS Rector Wojciech Ślączka and the President of the Management Board of mPower sp. z o.o., Marcin Hołub ., acting on the basis of a power of attorney from Ekoenergetyka Polska SA. The event was also attended by Vice-Rector for Science Artur Bejger, Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering Maciej Kozak and Head of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering Ewelina Kostecka.

The scope of the signed agreement
The document is primarily intended to establish the principles of cooperation between the parties, guaranteeing mutual support and setting common goals for work in R&D areas. Particular attention was paid to such issues as:- energy storage system,
- ICT system,
- electric drives,
- power electronic converter systems,
- study of noise generated in electric vehicle charging systems,
- hydrogen technology,
- equipment conformity assessments.
