ATTENTION! LIBRARY TRAINING IS INACTIVE!

The library training for first-year students will be launched at a later date.
Currently, it is not possible to pass the library test.
The training start date will be announced on the library website,
Facebook, and via email via the e-learning platform.

The aim of the training is to provide students with basic information about the library and get acquainted them with the Prolib
Integro computer catalogue (searching, ordering books, checking account status).

The on-line library training is intended for first-year students of  full-time and part-time first-degree studies (Polish &
English-speaking) at the Maritime University of Szczecin.

For students from the 2025/2026 intake, passing the library test is MANDATORY and occurs when the student obtains 70%
of correct answers
. The library test is one-choice test. You have time until the end of the academic year to complete the test.

To complete the library test, log in to the e-learning platform by entering your:

  • username (your index number),
  • password (the same one you use for the Virtual University).

To successfully pass the library test, you should get acquainted with:

  • descriptons of particular sections of The Main Library,
  • video tutorials on how to use the Prolib Integro catalogue,
  • a dictionary containing useful terms and abbreviations used in the library.
Any questions or problems related to library training should be reported directly to the library (rooms 504 & 506) or by
telephone (+48 91 48 09 703).
