Group Work Room
We invite you to use the Group Work Room operating in the area of the Maritime University of Szczecin Main Library.

- eligible to use the room are MUS employees and students with active library account,
- the room is available in library opening hours,
- the maximum time of one-time use of the room is 2 hours,
- the room is available for a group of up to 25 people,
- priority is given to persons who have made reservations,
- admissible delay for the specified time of booking is 15 minutes. After this time, the reservation is automatically canceled,
- the key to the Group Work Room is issued by librarians (rooms: 504, 506).

- in person in the room 504.
The person collecting the key is obliged to:
- to present an Electronic Student ID Card,
- to hand the key over after work (the librarian on duty has the right to check the condition of the room),
- to maintain order in the room.
Users can bring their own equipment and materials to the room.
The library is not responsible for items left in the room.
The room is equipped with a screen and multimedia projector (if you want to use the projector, please report it to the librarian).

Acoustic cabins
Acoustic cabins are closed spaces with Internet access that isolate outside sounds. They allow you to work in silence or have loud group discussions without the risk of disturbing other people using the reading room. They are an ideal solution for people who need to focus on learning.

- cabins can be used by employees and students of the Maritime University of Szczecin who have an active library account,
- cabins are available during library opening hours,
- cabins can be used singly or in groups (max. 4 people),
- single cabins are located in the Book Reading Room (room 504),
- the group cabin is located in the Periodical Reading Room (room 502),
- no food or drink is allowed in the cabins,
- the use of cabins does not require a reservation.
