How to reach us?

Visitors can use the map with directions on how to get to any of our buildings.

Directions:

1. Main building of the Maritime University of Szczecin (MUS)

The picture shows the building's front main entrance. To get here from the train station, hop on a tram (line 6 going toward Ludowa Street). Get off at the third stop. The ride along the Odra river takes eight to ten minutes.

The building located on the far left on the famous Wały Chrobrego /Chrobry Embankment/ is the one you are heading for.
If you are driving a car from the other side of the Odra, on Gdanska Street follow Trasa Zamkowa (Castle Route) and cross over the river keep to the right hand lane to take the first exit to the right. You will see the Maritime University building on your left, the one with the big  POLITECHNIKA MORSKA sign on the roof.

The building accommodates Rectors’ offices, Dean offices of Navigation and Marine Engineering Faculties, and most of the administration offices. The Marine Officer Training Centre is also housed here. In case you are hungry, there is a popular self-service bar.

2. Buildings at Henryk Pobożny Street (Campus)

The building is the seat of the Faculty of Transport Engineering and Economics, its Dean’s office, and the Main Library. The nearby building in Szczerbcowa St contains three lecture theatres, a canteen and a bar.

The two “skyscrapers” in the vicinity are halls of residence called Korab and Passat. Next to Passat is the university’s indoor swimming pool, with the entrance from Starzyński St.

Directions:

If you came by train, use the same directions as above. This time, heading for the campus, climb the impressive steps to the right preferably, go straight along Szczerbcowa St and turn right into Pobożny St. Your destination will be on your left. The trip from the station will take you about 15 minutes.

Travelling by car, follow the relevant directions above. When you drive towards Wały Chrobrego with the river behind you, go straight ahead towards the park. Your destination will be on your left, along Pobożny St.
